Hypnosis is a state of selective, focused attention and receptivity, it is totally natural and it remains one of the most fascinating phenomena of the human mind. Our ability to enter this state of consciousness opens the door to infinite possibilities for healing, self-exploration and for change.

When we enter into the state of hypnosis, our brain waves slow down to the same point we experience when we sleep  and we can use our thoughts and experiences in ways not usually available to us. We can develop innate, individual abilities that enable making desired changes in our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. For reasons that are as yet not clear, the focused state of hypnosis allows changes to intentionally be made “automatically”, changes that we could not ordinarily consciously make.

Hypnosis can be used in the treatment of several issues, such as pain, depression, anxiety, stress, habit disorders, to stop smoking and many other psychological and medical problems. However, it may not be useful for all problems or for all types of clients. 

In addition to this, we can use hypnosis and self-hypnosis to improve ourselves, our performances and to create the reality we desire. This is possible because our body reacts with physical responses to our thoughts and imagination when some emotions are aroused. 

Through hypnosis we can learn easier to manifest changes in our life, by programing our mind and body to create and resonate with the positive feelings we wish to be surrounded. 



L’approccio principale di psicoterapia che utilizzo è quello Breve - Strategico di che permette di fornire alla persona gli strumenti necessari per ri-trovare in se stessa le risorse necessarie per affrontare e superare un disagio, un momento di crisi, un conflitto nel minore tempo possibile. Il mio obiettivo è quello di agevolare il processo risolutivo del problema nell’immediato, nel qui e ora,al contrario di molte psicoterapie analitiche più classiche che possono protrarsi per lunghi periodi.
Nelle esperienze lavorative passate, ho inoltre avuto modo di imparare alcuni metodi che derivano dall’approccio Cognitivo Comportamentale e che mi hanno fornito ulteriori strumenti di lavoro, così come basi di Gestalt e Analisi Transazionale oltre che di Bioenergetica.
